Principles Regarding the Implementation of the Seminar Course
- The student must successfully complete the Seminar Course by the end of the fourth semester.
- The seminar topic is determined based on the advisor's recommendation and the approval of the Head of the Department.
- Within the first fifteen days of the academic term, the student who has registered for the Seminar Course must have their seminar topic, date, time, and presentation venue determined. This information must be sent to the Institute Directorate through an official letter from the Head of the Department.
- The Institute Directorate will announce the list of students enrolled in the Seminar Course, along with their seminar topics, venues, dates, and times, to the relevant Department Heads within one week.
- The Head of the Department ensures that the Seminar list received from the Institute of Health Sciences is posted on the department’s announcement board to inform the relevant parties.
- The presentation of the seminar must be open to an audience.
- The seminar work is evaluated as either successful or unsuccessful and must be submitted to the Institute Directorate along with the written seminar report.
